The Edwardians was a short run anthology series featuring four dramas written in the Edwardian Era.

1.The Walls of Jericho (story by Alfred Sutro)
2.Mid Channel (story by Arthur Wing Pinero)
3.Olive Latimer’s Husband (story by Rudolf Besier)
4.The Madras House (story by Harley Granville-Barker)

In the original running order The Madras House was due to be the second story broadcast (and billed as such in the TV listings) but a swap around meant it finished up the short run of plays.

The well known faces included Patrick Allen, Fulton Mackay, Nerys Hughes, Barrie Ingham, Richard Vernon, Sebastian Shaw, Bella Emburg, Gerald Flood, Clifford Evans and Margery Mason.
