Family Affair (CBS 1966-1971, Brian Keith, Sebastian Cabot)

Sitcom. Archetypal bachelor Bill Davis has his good times put to a stop when he takes in the three kids of his brother and wife who have died in a car accident.

Bill, who lived in a trendy Manhattan apartment and his manservant Giles (aka Mr French) quickly had to adjust to their new roles as foster fathers. The kids were twins Buffy and Jody and the older Cissy.

During the final season Nancy Walker was a semi regular as house keeper Emily Turner.
