Nash Bridges (CBS 1996-2001, Don Johnson, Cheech Marin)

Nash Bridges is a high-action drama about a San Francisco PD inspector who deserves his reputation as a top-notch cop, but who’s not always so successful when it comes to his personal life. As a member of the elite Special Investigators Bureau, Nash Bridges relies on his streetwise instincts, keen sense of humor and charm to work his magic on the streets of San Francisco.

Always at his side is Joe Dominguez, his wisecracking partner, whose hobby is managing a bar with a very distinct clientele. While on the job, Nash simultaneously frustrates and amazes his boss, Lt. A. J. Shimamura, and his fellow cops, Harvey Leek, Evan Cortez and Bryn Carson.

Away from the force, Nash concedes that he’s still trying to find a way to juggle the responsibility of two ex-wives, Lisa and Kelly; a precocious 16-year-old daughter, Cassidy, and an irascible father, Nick, for whom he is caretaker.
